HSM PACKAGES PVT LTD has state of the art manufacturing facilities spread on an area of over 30,000 Sq. Ft. with a daily production volume, as under:

Corrugated Lines
Our capacity is 160,000 running feet per day that is around 80,000 100,000 cartons corrugation material in b,c and e flutes.
All production is under one roof with German technology on Roland and Heidelberg printing machinery for offset printing with a print capacity of 80,000 cartons upto 4 color printing and 16,000 cartons in flexographic printing.
Plastic application is done on cartons for better shelf life adding great consumer value especially for consumer packs on latest automatic film laminator of Taiwan origin. The corrugated sheets are laminated with multicolor printed sheets on our latest plant. Creasing and cutting on cartons is done on die cutting machines and are folder glued on imported automatic plant after which they are bundled in 10, 20, 25, 50 or 100 pcs as per customer requirement.
Unit Cartons
Unit cartons are printed upto 6 colors on Heidelberg printing machinery and upto 125,000 unit boxes are manufactured daily. We offer glossy / matt lamination, foil printing, uv coating and embossing to add value to our clients products. After box making they are packed in durable cartons for customer delivery.
Paper Bags
Paper bags are printed upto 6 colors in all pantone shades upto 6 colors on Heidelberg printing machinery. They are made in all shapes as per the customers needs. After printing plastic is laminated by automatic laminator in gloss / matt film as required by the customer. After the die cutting process rope handles are fixed in all colors as required and the bags are packed in durable cartons for customer delivery.
