The climate of Sicily is extremely Mediterranean. During the growing period of the vines the climate of Sicily is characterized by little precipitation and hot, sunny days. Ideal conditions for this rosé, which is principally pressed from the grapes Nero d'Avola and Cerasuolo. The soil of the vineyards is in part formed by the volcano Etna and is therefore very fertile.TASTING NOTES: Colour: pretty, light-raspberry coloured rosé. Tasting: Fresh fruitiness with a note reminiscent of strawberry and raspberry jam, with very light citrus notes in the background. Fruity, aromatic first impression on the palate.
